Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.

The timeframes indicated below are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Mondial Relay pickup point delivery
4 to 5 business days — €4.99
Mondial Relay pickup point delivery is free from €79 of purchase.
The pickup point is selected after the order is confirmed.

Chronopost home delivery
2 to 3 business days — €8.99

Europe

European delivery
3 to 7 business days — €11.99
Countries covered: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Portugal.

International

International delivery
5 to 8 business days — €14.99
Countries covered: Switzerland and Ireland.
Customs duties and local taxes may apply outside the European Union and remain the Customer's responsibility.

Additional Information

Orders are shipped to the address provided when the order is confirmed. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided before confirming the order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the recipient's absence, a refused parcel, or a parcel not collected within the allotted time, reshipment costs will remain the Customer's responsibility.

However, Customers residing in another country may benefit from the mandatory, more protective provisions applicable in their country of residence.
